What is the Alta Warrior Training Program
The ALTA Warrior Training Program, is an intensive 20-week program designed to take you from couch to cage, transforming participants into confident and skilled martial artists.
This comprehensive program is open to individuals of all ages and fitness levels, offering three training sessions per week under the guidance of some of our expert coaches.
Participants can expect a potentially life changing experience that includes learning martial arts fundamentals, improving physical fitness, and enhancing mental resilience.
Stages of the Program
The Warrior Training program works through a staged approach to develop your skills across 20-weeks to have the option to compete in an amateur MMA finale fight night.

1 Foundations
The first stage will set the foundational movements, skills and conditioning needed to complete the program. This stage develops your fitness and skills to give you the best foundations for success.

2 Technique and Movement
The second stage expands on the techniques and fitness. The skills taught are now implemented through chaining techniques together in different contexts, transitions and combinations.

3 Pressure and Preparation
The third stage will focus on refining previously taught techniques and applying them in training. The skills taught are now taken into live sparring and partner work. Taking what you have learnt and put into action!

4 Amateur MMA Fight Night
The last stage is fight camp, dedicating time to prepare you to step into the cage. The emphasis will be on competition readiness, both mentally and physically.
